Review: Fun Factory Scrudy

The Fun Factory Scrudy is a cute little dildo that can be found at JT’s Stockroom. It is made of silicone (care info) and comes is a pretty magenta-esque color that Fun Factory calls Blackberry, I like it because it is a departure from the baby pinks most companies use. Measuring in at just over 5 inches, with only 4.5 being insertable, this is one of the smaller toys in my collection.
Scrudy makes up for it’s lack of size with it’s interesting shape. It has a tilted tip and a zig-zag, or wave shaped body, this is it’s saving grace. When in use I actually enjoy the bumps as I thrust, they don’t get caught and are prominent enough to notice. Believe it or not, this toy managed to hit my g-spot, I was shocked. But it’s true, I was able to squirt and have pretty solid orgasms using Scrudy.
My favorite thing about this one has to be the base, it is triangular and substantial. This does a few things: makes the toy anal safe, harness compatible, and easy to grip! Especially with toys of a smaller diameter, I find the I need a good grip to be able to thrust properly. With bigger toys I just kind of bear down with my vag muscles and use my finger tips to pop it back in as it comes out, basically pushing on both ends. With toys like this I need to be able to hold on tight, and this is the best base ever for doing that. Important to note, the way I hold the toy keeps the point on the triangle toward my butt, this allows my fingertips something to hold down low, and more importantly, it is out of the way if I want all-important clit access.
For people who like anal play, but can’t handle large toys, this is a good choice. The tip is rounded and tapered just right for ease of entry, and the waves give a kind of anal bead effect. I don’t find it enjoyable to thrust furiously with this one in my butt, like I do my vagina, but I like to take it slow and enjoy the sensations it gives me.
Overall, Scrudy is a solid choice in the smaller toy arena. It’s a nice color, not too much of a lint magnet, and has a unique shape. Plus, the base is divine.
